Analytical Business Solutions (ABS) is a respected Ohio CPA firm with a thriving office in Pickerington. They are seeking a new Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and to support the daily operations of the office.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for clients—greeting, assisting, and guiding them with professionalism and warmth
Collect, organize, and scan tax documents into our paperless system
Assemble and e-file tax returns
Prepare invoices, billing statements, and bank deposits
Manage office supply orders and general office coordination
Support daily workflow to keep the office running efficiently
