Responsibilities
Provide desktop and user support for hardware, software, and peripherals
Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Resolve service desk tickets and document solutions
Support Microsoft Windows 10+ and Microsoft Office 365 environments
Assist with audio-visual and video conferencing setup
Perform basic network and telephony support
Travel between FDOT locations (25%–40%) for onsite support
Participate in team projects, meetings, and inventory management
Follow and enforce FDOT IT policies and procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus 1 year of workstation hardware or IT support experience
1 year of customer service and technical support experience with Windows 10+ and Office 365
Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) may substitute for 6 months of experience
Associate Degree with at least 25% coursework in IT-related subjects
Minimum 1 year experience in workstation installation, maintenance, or technical support
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to climb ladders, bend, squat, crawl, and work in various weather conditions
Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Team collaboration and interpersonal skills
Basic quality assurance awareness
