Responsibilities
Develop and lead PR strategies supporting brand priorities, core franchises, product innovation, and purpose-led initiatives
Own the global PR calendar and messaging framework across product, brand, and corporate storytelling
Translate product positioning into compelling, press-worthy narratives and experiential moments
Drive media coverage across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and business outlets
Lead artist-led moments including red carpets, collaborations, events, and behind-the-scenes access
Manage day-to-day agency relationships to ensure strategic alignment, quality execution, and timely delivery
Develop and oversee seeding strategies for media, VIPs, and makeup artists to build long-term advocacy
Lead 360° PR planning for launches, campaigns, and events across regions
Oversee creation of global PR assets including press releases, toolkits, mailers, press kits, and event guidelines
Track, analyze, and report on media performance, campaign impact, and insights
Partner with leadership on internal communications, employee engagement, and executive thought leadership
Support messaging for founder and executive participation in panels, press, and corporate initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Retail, Social, and international teams
Manage annual PR budget, agency scopes, timelines, KPIs, and ROI measurement
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in public relations or brand communications, ideally within beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle
Proven success developing and executing results-driven earned media and brand storytelling strategies
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills with strong editorial judgment
Deep knowledge of the global beauty and cultural landscape, including tastemakers, artists, and media ecosystems
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage complexity
Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
Ability to operate in a corporate office environment at least 60% of the time in West Hollywood, CA
