Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Oversee preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Manage general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and related accounting functions
Establish and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies
Coordinate internal and external audits
Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
Partner with Finance leadership to provide insights and support strategic decisions
Drive process improvements and system enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
