Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of associate dentists, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement
Develop and implement standardized clinical protocols, safety procedures, and quality assurance programs across all locations in the Chicago and Indiana markets
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth initiatives, optimize clinical workflows, and evaluate new dental technologies or materials
Monitor clinical KPIs and conduct regular peer reviews to ensure high standards of patient outcomes and provider productivity
Oversee continuing education programs and onboarding for new dental hires to ensure clinical competency and alignment with company values
Qualification
Required
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure) in Illinois or Indiana
Minimum of 8-10 years of clinical experience in dentistry
Proven track record of managing other dentists and clinical teams in a multi-site environment
Preferred
Experience in a Dental Support Organization (DSO) leadership role
