They are seeking a Jewelry Sales Associate to provide personalized attention to customers by educating them on products and services, assessing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their jewelry journey.

Responsibilities
Focus on a Win-Win mentality with their co-workers and their customers in all situations
Build Sales through proactively developing a client base, creating wish lists, reaching out to clients, and following up on special occasions
Monitor and track all sales opportunities using the tools provided
Follow up with all customers to ensure 100% satisfaction
Give a formal diamond education to customers
Perform customer transactions through POS systems including being able to perform all transactions types, payment methods and customer inquiries
Sales Consultants will be trained in knowledge of diamonds, jewelry, and repair and services, including earning a Diamontology Certificate
