Responsibilities
Lead the Tool Control organization within CAFO
Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to tackle Tool Control challenges
Perform a wide range of analytical and administrative duties, including material planning, inventory control, and supply chain functions
Oversee Total Tool Control and guide the insertion of new technologies to enhance the digital footprint
Drive continuous improvement, leveraging knowledge of critical process inputs and outputs to support the department’s operating plan
Participate in quality and safety reviews, lead resulting improvements, and ensure that root cause corrective actions are taken for any non-conformances
Qualification
Required
Lead the Tool Control organization within CAFO
Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
Tackle Tool Control challenges with an emphasis on transformation and inventory reduction
Perform a wide range of analytical and administrative duties, including material planning, inventory control, and supply chain functions
Oversight of Total Tool Control
Guide the insertion of new technologies to enhance digital footprint
Drive continuous improvement leveraging knowledge of critical process inputs and outputs
Participate in quality and safety reviews
Lead resulting improvements and ensure root cause corrective actions for non-conformances
Strong understanding of operations, tool control, and supply chain management
Excel in problem-solving and drive issues to completion
Customer-first mindset balancing needs of internal and external stakeholders
Motivated by leading change and process improvements
Skilled at building effective working relationships across diverse teams
Preferred
Ability to author clear, compliant Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions
Experience leading change‑overs (new tool introductions, process updates)
Build and maintain tooling inventory registers, calibration schedules, and loss‑rate KPI dashboards in Excel
