Responsibilities

Own the HR Connect (Oracle HCM) multi year roadmap, aligning business outcomes with module capabilities (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Absence), integrations, and analytics
Translate business priorities into phased releases; define scope, KPIs, and ROI for enhancements and AMS backlog
Lead the AMS operating model with our strategic partner(s)—govern SLAs, incident/problem/change processes, CAB approvals, and on‑call coverage for P1s. Drive quarterly release testing services and cutover
Program‑manage cross‑regional rollouts (e.g., Absence Plans), including data conversion approach, legal requirements, and stakeholder readiness across waves
Maintain a structured change‑impact register to drive communications, training, and adoption planning
Chair business UAT and sign‑off gates; ensure regression coverage for quarterly Oracle releases
Oversee data quality, security roles, and segregation‑of‑duties controls; partner on periodic access reviews and audit requests
Govern inbound/outbound integrations (e.g., to payroll/identity/BI); standardize logging and monitoring; advance analytics insights
Serve as primary technology counterpart to HRSS and HR COEs; elevate employee and manager self‑service experiences via updated job aids, help content, and training schedules
Manage partner performance and budgets; lead QBRs; align on capacity for enhancements vs. break/fix vs. release testing
Build and lead a high‑performing team (employees and contractors) across regions; set standards for documentation, testing, and DevSecOps practices tailored to Oracle Cloud HCM

Required

5–10+ years in HR/IT applications with preferred 5+ years leading Oracle Cloud HCM across multiple modules (Core HR + at least two among Absence, Benefits, Comp, Talent, Recruiting, Learning)
Demonstrated ownership of quarterly Oracle HCM releases, change control (CAB), and AMS support with measurable SLA improvements
Strong grasp of security roles, access reviews, and audit support (SOX/ITGC contexts)
Proven experience orchestrating global rollouts and adoption (training, job aids, comms) with HR Shared Services / COEs
Prior experience with Absence multi‑country deployments and data conversion decisioning
Experience with Oracle analytics; integration patterns with payroll and identity platforms
Excellent stakeholder management, vendor oversight, and budget ownership
Experience with development and understanding of programming. Thorough understanding of standard delivered software process logic, process flows, requirements documentation
Experience in project work management to support work requests activity planning and establish time schedules
Motivate, coach and lead an international IT organization
Managing 3rd party vendors in an on-shore or off-shore capacity
Ability to travel globally
