Responsibilities
Develop and maintain sales compensation plans, policies, and procedures to drive sales performance and align with business objectives
Design and implement sales quota and territory management processes to ensure fair and equitable distribution of sales opportunities
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and recommend adjustments to sales compensation plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and HR, to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales compensation plans
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to sales compensation and incentives
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in sales compensation design, administration, and analysis
2+ years' experience working with TSQL/SQL database
Strong understanding of sales compensation plan design principles, including quota management, territory alignment, and performance metrics
Proficiency in sales performance analytics and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with sales compensation software, such as Varicent
Preferred
Bachelors Degree
Certification in sales compensation, such as Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP)
