Responsibilities
Build end-to-end AI product features that ship to customers at scale
Implement modern GenAI systems (agents, RAG, evals, monitoring) in production
Own backend services and infrastructure with a focus on reliability and performance
Build high-quality front-end workflows for AI-driven user experiences
Partner with product and commercial stakeholders to ship quickly and drive impact
Qualification
Required
5+ years shipping production software in fast-paced environments
Strong fullstack engineering fundamentals (Python backend, React/TypeScript frontend)
Hands-on experience deploying AI features to real users
Comfortable owning production ops (cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability)
Strong product judgement and execution speed, able to work with ambiguity
Preferred
Experience building AI products used by thousands of users
Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, tracing, and production LLM reliability work
Background working with enterprise B2B customers or complex workflows
