Responsibilities
Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating title and survey documentation for commercial real estate transactions
Supporting attorneys across offices on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development deals
Assisting with financial aspects of real estate transactions, if experienced
Managing document workflow and ensuring deadlines are met
Collaborating closely with attorneys, other paralegals, and internal teams to support high-volume, complex deals
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong focus on title and survey work
Familiarity with financial components of real estate transactions
Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Stability and commitment; preference for candidates with consistent work history
