Talent Acquisition Specialist
MLabs is a core contributor to a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain, and they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build a talent-dense engineering team in Web3. This role involves strategic sourcing, pipeline management, and partnership with leadership to shape the hiring strategy of a scaling startup.

Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and network with the top decile of technical and non-technical talent within the Web3 ecosystem
Pipeline Management: Own the top-of-funnel strategy for our most difficult and high-impact searches, ensuring a consistent flow of elite candidates
Leadership Partnership: Partner directly with our Founders and Engineering Leaders on market mapping, talent strategy, and evolving hiring priorities
Recruiting Operations: Help build the foundation as we scale by contributing to recruiting operations, tooling, automation projects, and wider HR initiatives
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market mapping to understand the movement of talent across the crypto and blockchain landscape
Qualification
Required
Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in the tech industry
Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and blockchain technology
Proven ability to engage and attract top technical talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with recruiting operations and tools
Preferred
Experience working in a startup environment
Familiarity with automation projects in recruiting
Background in engineering or technical roles
