Senior Power Systems Engineer

Eaton is a leader in the industry, seeking a Senior Power Systems Engineer to join their Electrical Engineering Services & Systems division. The role involves applying advanced power systems engineering expertise to support customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance of electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide applied engineering and technical consultation for customers in the areas of power systems studies, design, installation, startup, maintenance, repair and training
Take ownership of assigned projects, managing scope, schedule, and cost to deliver high‑quality results within budget
Interpret specs and customer inquiries and design technical proposals and pricing for customers
Provide technical solutions to customers that may involve equipment design or upgrades, testing of equipment, solutions relating to increase safety, reliability, or efficiency
Mentor and lead engineers on medium sized projects, sharing knowledge and helping build technical capability across the team
Conduct Short-Circuit, LV/MV Coordination, and Arc Flash studies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
