Research global markets to determine where future MISSING Hotels can exist
Run zoning, land use, utilities, and permitting diligence
Speak directly with planners, tourism boards, and local officials
Build feasibility briefs and site viability scorecards
Flag red risks early — before they cost time or capital
Shape and protect MISSING’s brand narrative and philosophy
Build cultural presence through thoughtful outreach (press, curators, tastemakers)
Prepare founders for press, panels, and storytelling moments
Develop a story bank, press kit, and cultural contact ecosystem
Help transition MISSING from “hidden gem” to cultural reference
Support live capital raises and investor conversations
Build and maintain pitch decks, capital memos, and investor updates
Organize investor pipelines and CRM systems
Research markets, funding partners, and expansion strategies
Help founders stay two steps ahead of capital conversations
Build and own MISSING’s Go High Level automation infrastructure
Design investor education funnels and qualification logic
Create CRM pipelines, tagging, scoring, and handoff systems
Document systems with SOPs and Looms for long-term use
