Responsibilities
Complete basic handyman services under supervision (light carpentry, drywall patching, painting, caulking, fixture installation, minor repairs)
Assist experienced handymen on larger jobs — preparing work areas, carrying tools, clean-up, and finishing touches
Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service when on-site with clients
Keep job sites and tools organized and clean
Track your time and job details accurately
Follow safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualification
Required
2+ years of handyman, construction, or trade experience preferred
Basic knowledge of tools, home repair methods, and safe work practices
Willingness to learn and take direction
Must provide reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and perform physical labor
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must carry or be willing to obtain general liability insurance (1099 requirement)
