Responsibilities
A Package Consultant for Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll is responsible for guiding clients through the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of Workday's human capital management (HCM) solutions
Their primary focus is on the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
Responsibilities include designing efficient time management processes, configuring payroll structures, and managing absences in alignment with clients' policies and regulatory requirements
Expected to lead workshops and training sessions for end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize these modules for accurate time recording, leave management, and payroll processing
