Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers in assigned territory
Use Eaton prescribed tools and applications to enter project orders consisting of Built-To-Order, Assembled-To-Order, and Engineered-To-Order equipment
Promote proactive project management through timely and accurate communications with internal partners (Operations, Credit, Sales) and external customers relative to scheduling status, expediting, change orders, logistics and financial order management
Serve as the customer’s advocate by relaying the appropriate level of urgency to peer contacts in the operations and escalating issues as required to management
Manage daily phone and email activity, providing directions, solutions and updates, including back-up support as necessary for teammates
Meet expectations per EatonCare Service Level Agreement
Perform all other duties as required by Regional Management
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or a two-year degree from an accredited institution
Relocation assistance is not available. Candidates must currently reside within a 50 mile radius of Arden, NC

Preferred
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
BS/BA degree from an accredited institution
