In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate insurance qualification of orders for medical products while delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Accurately verify and qualify insurance coverage for new and existing patient orders
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service) and external customers to resolve order-related issues
Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Communicate patient financial responsibility when applicable
Maintain compliance with payer requirements and company policies
Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Support rotating weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
Manage multiple cases simultaneously with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
Qualification
Required
Highschool Diploma or GED
3 years in insurance authorization or verification or medical billing OR bachelor's degree in healthcare
Strong Soft Skills
Computer skills (specifically in excel)
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure, constantly evolving environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to building trust with patients, providers, and payers
Ability to research, interpret, and apply payer guidelines and clinical documentation to determine patient eligibility
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Willingness to adhere to and promote all company policies and procedures
Preferred
Experience with Health Insurance claims, billing, or authorization
Two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook email
