Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to understand business requirements, lead requirement-gathering sessions, and review solution designs

Own and manage backlog items, coordinating with cross-functional team members to deliver features planned for each sprint

Lead and participate in technical design and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency

Mentor, lead, and guide team members on technical best practices and skill development
