Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of laboratory accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for all business needs
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals and expand accounts
Regularly engage with laboratory stakeholders and procurement teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
Address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Work closely with cross-functional teams including client success, marketing, technical support, and product management to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
1-2 years of experience in account management, sales
Proven ability to drive significant sales growth
Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical customers
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
