Required
Strong skills and experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
Comprehensive understanding of Insurance and Finance principles
Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused mindset
Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in assessing financial needs and proposing suitable insurance solutions
Self-motivated and able to work in both in-office and remote environments
Relevant insurance licensing and certifications or the ability to obtain them
Preferred
Previous experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
