Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and services
Work with Python and TypeScript across backend, APIs, and AI pipelines
Implement and experiment with machine learning, deep learning, and LLM-based systems
Collaborate with researchers and project leads to translate ideas into working prototypes
Optimize models and systems for clarity, reliability, and performance
Document decisions, experiments, and system behavior clearly
Contribute to ethical, transparent, and human-aligned AI development
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Python
Proficiency in TypeScript (Node.js, APIs, or frontend/backend integration)
Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts
Solid understanding of Deep Learning fundamentals
Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompting, fine-tuning, or orchestration
Experience building or integrating AI systems into real applications
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English
Based in Canada, the UK, or the United States
Preferred
Interest or experience in Robotics
Interest or personal practice in Meditation or mindfulness
Curiosity about Quantum Physics or quantum-inspired computing
Experience with AI ethics, interpretability, or alignment
Familiarity with cloud platforms, deployment, or automation tools
