Responsibilities
Lead the installation, maintenance and repair of water and wastewater treatment equipment
Assemble, install, maintain, and repair piping systems, valves, pumps, and treatment equipment
Ensure system efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members to uphold safety and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Strong technical skills in pipefitting, system installation, and repair
Experience with equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities
Physical capability to perform hands-on tasks, including lifting and working in varied conditions
Valid driver's license and willingness to work at customer locations across VT
Preferred
Prior experience in municipal water systems or a related field is highly desirable
