Generating leads

Assisting clients through the mortgage lending process
Ensuring that all financial documentation is accurately prepared and submitted
Conducting client consultations
Evaluating loan applications
Providing ongoing support to clients to ensure a smooth and efficient loan origination experience
Qualification
Required
Experience in Reverse Mortgage Loan Origination
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of QuantumReverse software a plus
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Licensing as required by state regulations (Valid NMLS ID#)
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants preferred
