5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services
Strong functional expertise in Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
Hands-on experience with lending products such as mortgages, consumer loans, SME, or commercial loans
Proven experience in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD creation, and user story development
Strong understanding of credit underwriting, scoring models, approval workflows, and disbursement processes
Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
