Responsibilities

Operate key components of a data analysis pipeline and monitor production workflows

Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues, including investigating code-level errors

Collaborate with developers to identify improvements and provide L2/L3 support

Respond to user queries (2–10 per day) via support channels

Support onboarding of new applications and development teams

Work with technologies including AWS, Java 17, Python 3, HDF5, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Argo
