Responsibilities

Threat and incident management: Respond to security incidents, perform root cause analysis, investigate complex violations, and lead remediation efforts
Lead and conduct tabletop exercises for Security Incidents, Spillage events
Risk and vulnerability management: Conduct risk assessments, monitor systems for potential breaches, and manage vulnerabilities from identification to remediation or risk acceptance
Security monitoring and analysis: Monitor security systems, analyze security data, investigate alerts, and provide advanced analysis of monitoring solutions
Strategy and policy: Collaborate to develop and deploy the information security strategy, and help create and update policies, standards, and procedures
Compliance and reporting: Ensure compliance with regulations, prepare reports for management, and assist in audits
Technical leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentor junior analysts, and act as a subject matter expert (SME)
Project management: Lead security projects and initiatives, coordinate activities like penetration tests and vulnerability scans, and manage the remediation of issues

Required

Proficiency with security tools like Azure Sentinel, MSFT Intune, Azure WAF, Next-Gen Antivirus; experience with firewalls, GPO management, and Azure Infrastructure

Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
5+ years of enterprise security experience
Professional certifications, CISSP, CISA preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain a US government Top Secret security clearance
