Responsibilities
Oversee on-site execution of luxury commercial retail construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are upheld
Coordinate daily work schedules, subcontractor activity, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
Serve as the primary on-site contact for project teams, mall operations, and client representatives
Proactively identify and resolve field issues, ensuring smooth execution of design-driven builds
Enforce all safety standards and maintain clean, compliant job sites
Report regularly to project managers and leadership on progress, risks, and resource needs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision, preferably in high-end retail, restaurant, or boutique hotel environments also ok
Proven track record managing interior build-outs in malls or luxury commercial settings
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordination
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage trades, vendors, and client expectations
Bilingual English/Spanish
Preferred
Experience with national retail brands or fast-paced rollout projects
Familiarity with mall permitting and logistics
OSHA certification or other safety credentials
Previous work with design-build teams or architect-led construction
