Sales Director
TH Daniels is a global executive search and selection firm that partners with a leading global flavor solutions provider to recruit for a Sales Director. This senior commercial leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing key customer relationships across food, beverage, and consumer applications.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute national sales strategy across food and beverage customer segments
Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales leadership and key account team
Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and strategic account development
Partner with R&D, applications, and marketing teams to deliver differentiated flavor solutions
Oversee key customer negotiations, long-term agreements, and strategic partnerships
Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and market intelligence to executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
12+ years of commercial experience within flavors, food ingredients, or taste solutions, including senior leadership responsibility
Proven track record leading national or regional sales teams within a flavor house or ingredient manufacturer
Strong relationships with key food and beverage manufacturers across multiple categories
Deep understanding of flavor development cycles, customer innovation processes, and value-based selling
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
