Responsibilities
Driving B2B Growth: You will be the face of Unigloves in your territory, targeting commercial accounts in Healthcare, Industrial, Food Service, Tattoo and Automotive sectors
Leveraging Global Credibility: You’ll use our established reputation for quality (proven in the rigorous European market) to win trust with US business buyers
Working Smarter, Not Harder: You will use modern sales tools and AI to streamline your workflow—spending less time on admin and more time closing deals
Consultative Selling: Using your industry knowledge to guide procurement managers and safety directors through material specs and safety standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of sales experience specifically in the Disposable Glove, PPE, or Safety Supply industry
Comfortable navigating organizational structures, speaking with buyers/owners, and managing long sales cycles
Comfortable with modern tech stacks
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, AI-driven CRMs) to assist with prospecting, writing, or data organization
Comfortable discussing technical specs (Nitrile/Latex/Vinyl, ASTM standards) and can confidently explain the value of high-quality manufacturing
