Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and quality management processes
Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications across departments and external partners
Monitor project milestones and performance metrics; proactively resolve issues and escalate risks as appropriate
Ensure documentation accuracy, manage project repositories, and lead post-project evaluations
Mentor and coach project staff to build team capacity and reinforce project management methodologies
Oversee procurement activities, risk mitigation, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Track and manage scope, timeline, and budget adherence to ensure successful project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and six years of experience in project management, systems analysis, or a related field, including one year leading teams or managing major projects
Relevant IT Associate's Degree
An Associate's degree and two years of related IT experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree requirement
Related IT experience may substitute for the required bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of four years
