Manage all aspects of the escrow process, including facilitating property closings, supervising disbursement of funds, and ensuring all closing documents are accurately prepared
Work closely with lenders, buyers, sellers, and real estate agents to deliver exceptional service and maintain professional relationships
Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience and proficiency in Closings, Escrow management, and Notary services
Strong understanding of Residential Real Estate processes and regulations
Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in relevant software applications and technology
State certification as an Escrow Officer or Notary, where applicable
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Prior experience in the title or real estate industry is highly desirable
