Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Partner – Healthcare & Radiology Systems
Filltre, LLC is building next-generation healthcare and radiology software with a clear path toward scale and a potential strategic exit. They are seeking a senior-level Full Stack Developer who will architect and build scalable clinical applications and work closely with founders and clinical stakeholders to design and implement healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities
Architect, design, and build full-stack clinical applications supporting RIS and radiology workflows
Own and evolve backend services using Laravel (PHP) and RESTful APIs
Design, query, and optimize Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL databases for performance, scalability, and reliability
Develop modern, intuitive front-end interfaces using React
Lead and contribute to integrations with healthcare systems and standards (HL7, DICOM, PACS, modality worklists)
Translate real-world radiology and clinical requirements into scalable technical solutions
Ensure systems meet HIPAA, security, and data privacy requirements
Participate in and influence architecture decisions, technical strategy, and product roadmap planning
Troubleshoot production issues and improve system stability
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment workflows
Act as a thought partner in building a platform positioned for growth and acquisition
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Proven experience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS) or healthcare IT platforms
Strong backend expertise in Laravel (PHP)
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL / Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL
Strong front-end development experience with React
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Solid understanding of healthcare data workflows and interoperability
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Strong communication skills, independence, and an ownership mindset
Preferred
Experience with PACS, VNA, or imaging gateways
Knowledge of HL7 v2, FHIR, and/or DICOM
Experience with containerization (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with queueing systems (SQS, Redis, RabbitMQ)
Experience operating in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST)
Exposure to DevOps and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
