As a Knowledge Management Intern, you will work with compliance managers and engineers to create documentation, build training modules, and improve knowledge-sharing systems.

Responsibilities
Create and organize technical documentation and standard operating procedures for lab and datacenter operations
Build onboarding and safety training modules for new engineers and technicians
Improve knowledge-sharing systems in Confluence and SharePoint for global collaboration
Support near-miss and safety reporting frameworks, ensuring visibility and tracking of corrective actions
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled and studying towards a Communications, Information Management, Business (or related field) Degree (Bachelors, Masters or PHD students welcome)
Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience
Skilled at structuring and communicating complex information clearly
Strong attention to detail and an interest in technical environments
Enjoy working with teams across compliance, safety, and engineering disciplines
