The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Analyst to support daily operations within their Global Trade Compliance team, focusing on logistics coordination, export documentation, and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day Global Trade Compliance operations across export and import activities
Assist in preparing and reviewing trade documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. and international regulations (e.g., EAR, Customs)
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Shipping, Engineering, Procurement) and external partners (customs brokers, freight forwarders) to facilitate timely and compliant shipments
Monitor and track international shipments, proactively resolving delays or issues
Maintain accurate and organized records for export licenses, transactions, and related compliance documents
Contribute to the development and refinement of internal GTC processes and policies
Support internal audits and compliance reviews, ensuring documentation and procedures meet regulatory standards
Stay informed on relevant changes in trade laws and regulations and communicate key updates to the team
Assist in data entry and reporting related to GTC metrics and performance
Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in Trade Compliance, International Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
Foundational knowledge of U.S. export regulations (e.g., EAR, ITAR) and international trade practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Experience with shipping and logistics coordination is highly preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred
Trade compliance certifications or training are a plus (e.g., CUSECO, EXIM compliance courses)
