Director/ExecutiveMetric Geo is partnering with a well-established, mid-sized infrastructure consultancy to find a senior leader to head up their Florida CEI operations. The Florida CEI Regional Manager will drive business development, build out the local team, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-impact construction engineering and inspection projects while providing strategic oversight and mentoring top-tier engineering talent.

Help shape the broader direction of the company as a core member of its senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license
Senior project engineer approval by FDOT
Proven leadership experience in the CEI space
Familiarity with FDOT districts 2, 5 & 3
Strong business development skills, with a track record of driving office growth and securing new clients
Excellent communication and management skills
