Lead and manage a team of carpenters in multifamily construction projects
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project blueprints
Coordinate with other construction teams to ensure timely project completion
Utilize Procore software for project management and communication
Perform general labor and installation tasks as needed

Qualification

Commercial carpentryProcore softwareLeadership skillsBlueprint interpretationCommunication skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

Extensive experience in commercial carpentry
Proficiency with Procore software
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience in general labor and installation tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
