Senior Coordinator, Industry Engagement
Monash University is a leading institution ranked among the world's top 50 universities, and they are seeking a Senior Coordinator, Industry Engagement to enhance their industry partnerships and engagement initiatives. The role involves providing high-level administrative support, managing relationships with industry partners, and facilitating student-industry initiatives.
Research
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and coordination support for a range of programs including industry partner relationship management, student–industry initiatives, intern and graduate recruitment activities and industry-based learning opportunities
Act as a key liaison between the Faculty, University stakeholders and external partners, ensuring strong communication and alignment across the industry engagement portfolio
Deliver specialist advice, support events and projects, and contribute to the advancement of the Faculty’s industry engagement objectives
Qualification
Required
High-level administrative and coordination support experience
Experience in industry partner relationship management
Experience in student–industry initiatives
Experience in intern and graduate recruitment activities
Experience in industry-based learning opportunities
Strong communication skills
Ability to liaise effectively between Faculty, University stakeholders, and external partners
Highly organized and stakeholder-focused
Passion for creating opportunities for students and industry partners
