Corky’s Pest Control has provided effective, customized pest control solutions since 1967, and they are seeking a Fleet and Facilities Operations Administrator. This role involves overseeing and coordinating fleet and facility management operations, ensuring vehicle maintenance, facility repairs, and compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Overseeing and coordinating fleet and facility management operations
Ensuring vehicle maintenance
Facility repairs
Compliance with safety regulations
Managing vendor relationships
Monitoring budgets
Scheduling routine maintenance
Maintaining detailed records
Communicating effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Working closely with various departments to ensure optimal operations and efficiency of facilities and fleet resources
Qualification
Required
Knowledge and experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and logistics operations
General building maintenance skills, including identifying and coordinating facility repairs
Proficiency in record-keeping, documentation, and data organization processes
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage budgets efficiently
Effective communication and collaboration abilities with teams and vendors
Proficiency with relevant software and tools for fleet and facility management
Ability to work on-site in San Marcos, CA
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Previous experience in fleet or facility administration
