Responsibilities
Perform nursing skills according to assessed needs, physician orders, and agency policies
Anticipate and deliver care in alignment with home health standards and processes
Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in home health clinical skills
Educate patients and families on disease management, emergency preparedness, safety, and home care
Utilize correct medical terminology and approved abbreviations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one (1) year of related nursing experience
Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Reliable automobile for home visits
Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a diploma or degree
Valid State of Oklahoma or multi-state Registered Nurse (RN) license
Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report per SFHS guidelines
