Responsibilities
Process semi-monthly and special payroll. From input to disbursement, coordinate with outside payroll vendor and answer employee questions related to recording time and other payroll related matters
Reconcile employee spendings on Corporate credit card to monthly statement, coding, and enter/post entries in accounting system
Obtain proper approval, code and enter vendor invoices, keeping track of invoice due dates and process weekly check run
Daily cash reporting, prepare/enter all cash entries and assist with weekly 13-week cash forecast
Customer invoicing
Process Purchase order for Outside Contractor services and fixed assets purchases
Cash responsibilities, journal entries and accounts reconciliations
Payroll processing, reporting, and reconciliation
Accounts Payable responsibilities
Corporate cards expenses reconciliation, recording, collect expenses supporting documents
Customer invoicing, cash reporting, and various responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
5+ Years of Relevant Experience
Experience with general ledger, journal entries, accounts reconciliation and accounting systems
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Strong detail orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time management with multi-tasking ability
