Responsibilities
Administrative support for development fundraising professionals on the HSC campus, including coordinating and managing office functions; scheduling events, meetings, and visits for development officers; and prioritizing deadlines for multiple projects
Assist with preparing Charitable Gift Agreements (CGA’s) and other gift documentation and correspondence
Identify processes and procedures throughout Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement that impact fundraising activities. Assist with short-term projects and special assignments as assigned by fundraising professionals and the HSC Coordinator (Unit Specialist)
Maintain confidential donor correspondence files and records
Process, draft, and edit documents related to donor and prospect engagement
Secure database reports and request additional reports as needed for donor research
Forward donor data and related information to the Biographical Processing team to maintain the integrity of the University’s alumni and donor database system
Complete all expense reports and travel-related requests for development officers
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED with four (4) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Outstanding interpersonal skills
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Preferred
Prior experience supporting multiple individuals
