Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings for up-to-date labor figures
Review estimates with management and scope of work
Work with a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More
Run Commercial Roofing projects on time and under budget
Run crews of foreman, superintendents, etc
Make site visits and make sure work is being completed per specs
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years experience in the supervision and installation of ALL COMMERCIAL ROOFING SYSTEMS
Strong computer skills are required along with strong organizational skills and job tracking abilities
Proven leadership and the ability to manage teams
Ability to read, understand and interpret construction drawings
Conduct and participate in safety meetings
Participate in manufacturer inspections
A valid driver's license
Must be team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated, innovative, hardworking individual, who can handle changing priorities and multiple tasks
Ensure Safety-Walk, Quality Walk, and Production (Daily completion of QC/QA forms)
