Guest Service Agent
Tara Hospitality is preparing to open Charleston's newest luxury destination and is seeking experienced and motivated Guest Service Agents to join their team. This role involves welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
Audit and balance reports from the day shift
Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
Verify that all shift work has been completed as outlined on shift checklist
Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
Communicate to all departments as needed
Answer phones and place reservations
Balance cash drawers and record receipts
Email shift report to all team members
Must be able to work flexible shifts that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Full Time and Part Time availability
Qualification
Required
Experience in a guest service role or similar position
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in using Property Management Systems
Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
