Responsibilities
Conduct high-quality conversations via phone/Zoom using a structured framework
Engage with enquiries and booked conversations
Ask structured questions to confirm fit and guide the next step
Follow up consistently and professionally
Coordinate online Q&A / information sessions when required
Attend weekly training and ongoing development via Zoom
Track conversations and outcomes using simple systems
Support a smooth handover/onboarding process
Qualification
Required
5+ years professional experience in business development/client-facing roles
Proven ability to run high-trust, consultative conversations
Confident, warm communicator on Zoom/phone
Self-managed, consistent, and accountable
Professional-level English (spoken and written) as our training/resources are in English
A genuine interest in leadership and personal development (you're someone who values growth and loves learning)
