Responsibilities
Serve as an interim Director of Nursing (DON) or Wellness Director as needed to maintain operational stability
Partner with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to drive quality improvement and assess patient conditions
Design and lead high-impact training sessions to enhance staff competency and retention
Ensure all clinical personnel abide by government regulations and nursing standards of care
Navigate and lead the Federal/State survey and complaint investigation process
Identify potential clinical issues early and implement cost-effective, high-quality resolutions
Qualification
Required
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; Current CPR certification
Significant experience in Assisted Living and Long-Term Care (LTC) and a deep understanding of Federal & State regulations
Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR), database management, and standard office software
Exceptional verbal and written skills; must be able to present complex data to stakeholders
A customer-service-oriented mindset with the ability to listen actively and collaborate effectively
Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced corporate environment
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
