Responsibilities
Assisting our skilled Installers with on-site installations of custom closet and storage systems
Learning proper installation techniques, tool usage, and client interaction
Loading, unloading, and safely carrying materials (up to 50 pounds) to the job site
Preparing the work area and maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including tools and the company vehicle
Adhering to all safety standards and using required protective gear
Qualification
Required
Strong work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for hands-on work
Reliable, punctual, and have respect for themselves, coworkers, and clients' homes
Possess basic problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
Willing to learn and follow instructions from experienced installers
Can safely handle and transport material up to 50 pounds
Can reliably commute or relocate to Bothell, WA 98011 before starting work
Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred
Possess a valid Driver's License
