Responsibilities
Architect and manage hybrid cloud solutions across on-premises and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Lead infrastructure modernization projects, including migration strategies and cloud adoption frameworks
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
Drive automation for provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows
Collaborate with security and networking teams to ensure compliance, governance, and robust security posture
Integrate CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure delivery and application deployment
Optimize performance and cost across hybrid environments through proactive monitoring and tuning
Mentor engineers and establish best practices for cloud operations and automation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering with a focus on hybrid cloud environments
5+ years of observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
3+ years of expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises virtualization technologies
3+ years of experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
3+ years of experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
3+ years with GitOps workflows and tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
Preferred
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Solid understanding of networking, security hardening, and compliance framework
Experience with cost optimization and multi-cloud governance strategies
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
