Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Identify, target, and onboard clients in the Fintech and Technology sectors
Generate and nurture leads through LinkedIn outreach, networking, calls, and industry events
Present and position Fintech products and Tech Talent Augmentation solutions to decision-makers
Collaborate with delivery teams to align solutions with client needs
Maintain strong client relationships through excellent follow-up and support
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in B2B Sales or Account Management (Fintech or IT services preferred)
Strong understanding of SaaS, Payments, or Banking Tech solutions
Experience selling Staff Augmentation / IT Consulting services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely across time zones
