Responsibilities
Setting up and maintaining accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
Processing renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance
Attaching, organizing, and naming documents in EPIC
Initiating endorsements, proofs of insurance, and invoices
Utilizing templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers
Creating activities in EPIC and assigning them to applicable team members
Pulling items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE, etc
Generating and sending renewal proofs upon request
Checking policies and endorsements against requests and completing checklists
Document maintenance and retrieval
Supporting other team members as needed
Qualification
Required
0-2 years of experience in Personal Property and Casualty insurance
State Property & Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively
Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Commitment to meeting the expectations of co-workers and clients
Eagerness to learn and improve knowledge of industry standards, coverage fundamentals, and technology
Preferred
Experience in Personal Property and Casualty insurance
State Property & Casualty insurance license
Familiarity with EPIC software
